Hi all, not long until the big day now ;) how exciring. My boys have still bee poorly so did a few more craft bits today and also had some lovely surprise deliveries from the postman. Hi hope everyone is keeping warm on mulled wine and the odd naughty mince pie! What crafts have you been up too? Happy Busy,

Well it's been busy over here with christmas fast approaching and so much lovely stuff to do. Our wee christmas tree went up and the boys did a awesome job decorating it, I've also been working on a few little bits for fun have another commision on the horizon :).

Apart from that its all go here, very chilly this evening though and I lack a glass of wine, :( oh well hope you are keeping happy and well wherever you are......

It's the Season to be jolly....busy

Isn't it just, I hate the cold but I do love christmas. Been busy making christmas crafts and baking sweets, buying pressies, going to christmas fayers, listening to christmas songs and watching christmas movies.
The boys and I put the tree up yesterday and our home is looking like santa's grotto, love it. Today I delivered a commision I have been working on to the happy owner and went to another christmas fayre.

Well it has been a while since I have posted on here I lost interest abit still follow the blogs I love of course and check in regular but just lost interest here I guess because everyone else seemed not too interested too, can't blame you! LOL
I have been up to my ears in busy and abit more busy. How have you guys been?
I have open a society6 shop http://society6.com/bubsiekinsshewhocreates and have sold a few collages privately which is great hoping that will expand, been looking after poorly family members entertaining the littliest boy who didnt take to preschool the two morning a week we tried out, can't blame him and trying to get university work done, sighhhhhhh

We had to visit Great Ormond Street today for my eldest which is always a hard day and we are always glad to come home its a long trip from where we are but we did it and home safe and sound. I've been feeling poorly lately with the colder weather a rotten cold has hit our little hobbit house.
So been stuck indoors alittle but have noticed lots of dragonflies in our garden i love them so so much.

I have been poorly with a rotten cold and so has my youngest so have not felt the energy levels to do a whole lot. However yesterday afternoon we did get out to Leeds Castle which is stunning and it was such a gorgeous day weather wise so that was great.
Hunted for conkers too,which is always fun.

It's over.

I can't believe that summer school holidays is over, I'm in a kinda shock I think!  I hated my eldest going back to school much more than he did. Well we have a much cooler day here today and I can smell winter in the air that crisp chilly feeling arrrgggh I'm NOT a winter lover apart from the snow off course and Christmas.
I'm back at University next week too, its all busy busy now a different kinda busy to what we have in the School holidays.

I made a collage for a friend as a thankyou as he had gifted my eldest a beautiful djembe drum for being brave and having been through so much, I hope he likes it. Also made another Hamsa hand collage. anyways away I go to for a cuppa and some baking.

Hi,
And how are you doing? I've not been around much lately, been very busy trying to meet University deadlines, watching the word count for endless hours trying to get my head around what to write, but I've meet my deadlines and  handed in the last assignment, for now very late last night....sigh.....
Had lots of other stuff going on busy, busy, busy that's meant to be good isn't it! but boy its been stressful.
But I'm back tonight to share some exciting news, alittle shop in my area is going to be selling some of my work, my collages for now so that's kinda exciting and I'm busy getting that sorted but this is my kinda nice busy.

Also as its school holidays have been having fun with my gorgeous boys, so its all good hope everyone is keeping well staying happy, healthy and treasuring what you have.

Looking for the bright side of life, Brian!

Well well well the last wee while since my last post has been a rollercoaster ups and downs all the way. But as always being the happy hippy, I am trying to look on the bright side of life which I must admit has been hard going this time round, I also lack access to my own laptop just for a while now which has come with a bucket load of problems that created more problem and before you know it there's this giant snowball chasing me down my hill of summer sun.
Anyways just thought i'd share with you some photos of my garden and some flowers that have just started to smile at the sun and also some more work of mine that I did a while back.

Something that really made me smile was my wonderful gift from a awesome New Zealand artist Jo Bain who sent me this most gorgeous stunning painting, we exchanged our creations and it was a wonderful experience I hope we can do again (excuse the flash on this photo).

Well hello June, hasn't the weather been just beautiful today it has lifted my spirits which I so badly needed at this present time, unfortunately my two beloved boys have rotten colds but thankfully did get out in the garden today to enjoy this wonderful weather, alas still awake now as congested and hot wee man is lying in my lap as I type this post and little man chatting to his dad in his bedroom, lets hope they will have a good nights sleep soon.

I took part in the fantastic stationary swap arranged by the gorgeous Lisa at sprouting creative wings my partner was the lovely Amanda from eight by six please see below for the wonderful parcels of loveliness I received from Amanda and check out their blogs you won't be disappointed.

I have also been working on another sketch book this one is part of my uni assignment but I always have sketch books on the go so don't see this as work try and get bits done here and there which can be tricky with a on the go 3 and 8 year old, the youngest who is stuck to me 24/7 :o)
He did help me make a Hamsa hand wall hanging  in the week whilst playing with his sand table hope to make some more detailed ones to put in my etsy shop.

My wonderful awesome so much loved dad has had a few tests and has been told Tumour is a nasty and unusual one so this has been hard to get my head round, now we are just waiting for him to have the operation and go from there....
